ABOUT GO ENERGY BAKE
GO Energy Bake adopts a scientific approach to energy bars, delivering 30 grams of carbohydrate in a soft filled bake. Each bake has a fruit centre providing 10g fructose.
To support performance and meet the demands of exercise, fuelling requirements for long endurance events would be advised as 60-90g of carbohydrate per hour. The Science in Sport GO Energy Bake can be used to meet these demands, alongside other products in the Science in Sport GO Range. The unique, soft baked texture provides an easy to eat option, with all the performance benefits of carbohydrate fuelling.
Depleting your carbohydrate stores during exercise is one of the major causes of fatigue. Delivering additional carbohydrate during exercise is known to improve performance, race times and delay the onset of fatigue. Research has shown that carbohydrate from gels, drinks and bars can all be utilised at similar rates, and as such, SiS GO Energy Bake provides an alternative, easily digestible format of carbohydrate to consume during exercise.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kgs.
Please note once goods have been paid in full and send via freight company Chain Gang is not liable for lost or damage goods, any duties and taxes that may need to be paid.
Returns
The Customer may return or exchange unused Goods in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving them for a full reimbursement less all freight charges and less a 10% handling / administration charge.
Chain Gang reserves the right to refuse to accept such returns under any circumstance, examples may include – superseded Products, Products altered or damaged, Products specifically provided for the Customer.
Products returned after 7 days may be returned to Chain Gang, at the Chain Gang’s complete discretion. Such returns will attract a minimum 25% restocking and handling fee (plus all transport costs). Additional charges may apply depending on how long the Customer has been in physical possession of the Products.
